4.a.I) Google Analytics
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created, and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as
is transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide further services related to website usage and internet usage for market research and the needs-based design of these web pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In no case will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. The IP addresses are anonymized so that an assignment is not possible (IP masking).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
Furthermore, you can prevent Google's collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on. (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en). Alternatively to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the previous link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie is only valid in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.
For more information on data protection related to Google Analytics, see the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).
4.a.II) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. In this case, Google Adwords sets a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.
These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page.
Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot, therefore, be tracked through the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this purpose – for example, via browser settings that generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com". Google's privacy policy for conversion tracking can be found here (https://services.google.com/sitestats/en.html).
You have the right to obtain information about your data stored by us free of charge at any time. If your data is incorrect or stored by us without justification, we will be happy to correct, block, or delete it. We ask you to inform us promptly of any changes to your data.
Requests for information, questions, complaints, or suggestions should be sent by email to the following address: info@stigler-gmbh.de.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
If you wish to exercise your right of revocation or objection, it is sufficient to send an email to info@stigler-gmbh.de.
We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the website visit in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. In most cases, this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we resort to 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
Furthermore, we use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
